PostSubject: Seitokai no Ichizon - Volume 2, Chapter 8   Sun May 22, 2011 4:27 pm

The 4 TL'S Notes for this chapter are as follows:

#1: It's a parody of an emotional scene from "Slam Dunk".
The first Shounen manga I ever read, and the only epic manga of all time to me.

#2: The character on her hat could be a pun with two meanings.
First, it could represent her name.
Second, it could also show that she is applauding for herself in that attire

#3: She pronounced this word in Japanese, something that was quite weird for the listener to understand(and actually, it doesn't carry any meaning), so Sugisaki was not able to understand what she said.

#4 : The character used is a pun that could have two meanings.
First, it represents Mafuyu.
Second, it also means 'reality', as if the author is bringing us back to reality.

I hope it was helpful to you!! Cool

PostSubject: Seitokai no Ichizon - Volume 2, Chapter 9   Thu Jun 02, 2011 2:51 am

The 4 TL'S Notes for this chapter are as follows:

#1: This could mean a zero(0).
As you can clearly see that it's a see-through digit.
This could be a reference to the actual situation that she doesn't have merit like others!

#2: Here, what she could be talking about is that - the other guy was called "Saru" to call him to eat something. Which later became his pet name.
Ex: If "Danny" is the name of a guy, then:
"Hey, Dan! Come and have some pizza!"
And then, gradually the guy's pet name could become 'Dan', later on.

#3: Here, it probably means that how is it possible for her eyeball to work like a machine. Is her blood passage limited or restricted in some way, in some specific areas, like her eyeball.

#4 : Here, It actaully means that- Kurimu is being angry at Chidzuru, who would normally be angry at Kurimu.

I hope it was helpful to you!! Cool

PostSubject: Boku no Bandai-san - Volume 1, Chapter 4   Thu Jun 30, 2011 5:52 am

The 2 TL'S Notes for this chapter are as follows:

#1: This is the stew made with cubed (possibly rectangular) pieces of meat or fish.

#2: An is a foreigner, so she makes some mistakes while speaking Japanese. Here, she's using the word 'school' instead of 'university', because she doesn't know about its translation in Japanese!

We hope it was helpful to you!! afro
